ܘܐܝܟ ܡܥܕܪܢܐ ܒܥܝܢܢ ܡܢܟܘܢ ܕܠܐ ܬܣܬܪܩ ܒܟܘܢ ܛܝܒܘܬܐ ܕܐܠܗܐ ܕܩܒܠܬܘܢ
dqblthwn d'lh' Tybwth' bkwn thsthrq dl' mnkwn beynn medrn' w'yk
Working together, we entreat also that you do not receive the grace of God in vain,

ܐܡܪ ܓܝܪ ܕܒܙܒܢܐ ܡܩܒܠܐ ܥܢܝܬܟ ܘܒܝܘܡܐ ܕܚܝܐ ܥܕܪܬܟ ܗܐ ܗܫܐ ܙܒܢܐ ܡܩܒܠܐ ܘܗܐ ܗܫܐ ܝܘܡܐ ܕܚܝܐ
dkhy' ywm' hsh' wh' mqbl' zbn' hsh' h' edrthk dkhy' wbywm' enythk mqbl' dbzbn' gyr 'mr
for he says, “At an acceptable time I listened to you, in a day of salvation I helped you.” Behold, now is the acceptable time. Behold, now is the day of salvation.

ܠܡܐ ܒܡܕܡ ܬܬܠܘܢ ܠܐܢܫ ܥܠܬܐ ܕܬܘܩܠܬܐ ܕܠܐ ܢܗܘܐ ܡܘܡܐ ܒܬܫܡܫܬܢ
bthshmshthn mwm' nhw' dl' dthwqlth' elth' l'nsh ththlwn bmdm lm'
We give no occasion of stumbling in anything, that our service may not be blamed,

ܐܠܐ ܒܟܠ ܡܕܡ ܢܚܘܐ ܢܦܫܢ ܕܡܫܡܫܢܐ ܚܢܢ ܕܐܠܗܐ ܒܡܣܝܒܪܢܘܬܐ ܣܓܝܐܬܐ ܒܐܘܠܨܢܐ ܒܐܢܢܩܣ ܒܚܒܘܫܝܐ
bkhbwshy' b'nnqs b'wltsn' sgy'th' bmsybrnwth' d'lh' khnn dmshmshn' npshn nkhw' mdm bkl 'l'
but in everything commending ourselves, as servants of God, in great endurance, in afflictions, in hardships, in distresses,

ܒܢܓܕܐ ܒܐܣܘܪܐ ܒܫܓܘܫܝܐ ܒܠܐܘܬܐ ܒܫܗܪܐ ܒܨܘܡܐ

in beatings, in imprisonments, in riots, in labors, in watchings, in fastings;

ܒܕܟܝܘܬܐ ܒܝܕܥܬܐ ܒܢܓܝܪܘܬ ܪܘܚܐ ܒܒܣܝܡܘܬܐ ܒܪܘܚܐ ܕܩܘܕܫܐ ܒܚܘܒܐ ܕܠܐ ܢܟܠܐ
nkl' dl' bkhwb' dqwdsh' brwkh' bbsymwth' rwkh' bngyrwth bydeth' bdkywth'
in pureness, in knowledge, in perseverance, in kindness, in the Holy Spirit, in sincere love,

ܒܡܠܬܐ ܕܩܘܫܬܐ ܒܚܝܠܐ ܕܐܠܗܐ ܒܙܝܢܐ ܕܙܕܝܩܘܬܐ ܕܒܝܡܝܢܐ ܘܒܣܡܠܐ
wbsml' dbymyn' dzdyqwth' bzyn' d'lh' bkhyl' dqwshth' bmlth'
in the word of truth, in the power of God; by the armor of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,

ܒܫܘܒܚܐ ܘܒܨܥܪܐ ܒܩܘܠܣܐ ܘܒܓܘܢܝܐ ܐܝܟ ܡܛܥܝܢܐ ܘܫܪܝܪܐ
wshryr' mTeyn' 'yk wbgwny' bqwls' wbtser' bshwbkh'
by glory and dishonor, by evil report and good report; as deceivers, and yet true;

ܐܝܟ ܠܐ ܝܕܝܥܐ ܘܝܕܝܥܝܢܢ ܐܝܟ ܡܝܬܝܢܢ ܘܗܐ ܚܝܝܢ ܚܢܢ ܐܝܟ ܕܡܬܪܕܝܢܢ ܘܠܐ ܡܝܬܝܢܢ
mythynn wl' dmthrdynn 'yk khnn khyyn wh' mythynn 'yk wydyeynn ydye' l' 'yk
as unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and behold, we live; as punished, and not killed;

ܐܝܟ ܕܟܪܝܐ ܠܢ ܘܒܟܠܙܒܢ ܚܕܝܢܢ ܐܝܟ ܡܣܟܢܐ ܘܠܣܓܝܐܐ ܡܥܬܪܝܢܢ ܐܝܟ ܕܡܕܡ ܠܝܬ ܠܢ ܘܟܠ ܡܕܡ ܐܚܝܕܝܢܢ
'khydynn mdm wkl ln lyth dmdm 'yk methrynn wlsgy'' mskn' 'yk khdynn wbklzbn ln dkry' 'yk
as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.

ܦܘܡܢ ܦܬܝܚ ܗܘ ܠܘܬܟܘܢ ܩܘܪܢܬܝܐ ܘܠܒܢ ܪܘܝܚ
rwykh wlbn qwrnthy' lwthkwn hw pthykh pwmn
Our mouth is open to you, Corinthians. Our heart is enlarged.

ܠܐ ܐܠܝܨܝܬܘܢ ܒܢ ܐܠܝܨܝܬܘܢ ܕܝܢ ܒܪܚܡܝܟܘܢ
brkhmykwn dyn 'lytsythwn bn 'lytsythwn l'
You are not restricted by us, but you are restricted by your own affections.

ܐܝܟ ܕܠܒܢܝܐ ܕܝܢ ܐܡܪ ܐܢܐ ܦܘܪܥܘܢܝ ܚܘܒܠܝ ܕܠܘܬܟܘܢ ܘܪܘܚܘ ܚܘܒܟܘܢ ܠܘܬܝ
lwthy khwbkwn wrwkhw dlwthkwn khwbly pwrewny 'n' 'mr dyn dlbny' 'yk
Now in return, I speak as to my children, you also open your hearts.

ܘܠܐ ܬܗܘܘܢ ܒܢܝ ܙܘܓܐ ܠܐܝܠܝܢ ܕܠܐ ܡܗܝܡܢܝܢ ܐܝܕܐ ܓܝܪ ܫܘܬܦܘܬܐ ܐܝܬ ܠܙܕܝܩܘܬܐ ܥܡ ܥܘܠܐ ܐܘ ܐܝܢܐ ܚܘܠܛܢܐ ܐܝܬ ܠܢܗܝܪܐ ܥܡ ܚܫܘܟܐ
khshwk' em lnhyr' 'yth khwlTn' 'yn' 'w ewl' em lzdyqwth' 'yth shwthpwth' gyr 'yd' mhymnyn dl' l'ylyn zwg' bny thhwwn wl'
Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?

ܐܘ ܐܝܕܐ ܫܠܡܘܬܐ ܐܝܬ ܠܡܫܝܚܐ ܥܡ ܣܛܢܐ ܐܘ ܐܝܕܐ ܡܢܬܐ ܐܝܬ ܠܕܡܗܝܡܢ ܥܡ ܕܠܐ ܡܗܝܡܢ
mhymn dl' em ldmhymn 'yth mnth' 'yd' 'w sTn' em lmshykh' 'yth shlmwth' 'yd' 'w
What agreement has Christ with Belial? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever?

ܐܝܕܐ ܕܝܢ ܐܘܝܘܬܐ ܐܝܬ ܠܗܝܟܠܗ ܕܐܠܗܐ ܥܡ ܕܫܐܕܐ ܐܢܬܘܢ ܕܝܢ ܗܝܟܠܗ ܐܢܬܘܢ ܕܐܠܗܐ ܚܝܐ ܐܝܟܢܐ ܕܐܡܝܪ ܕܐܥܡܪ ܒܗܘܢ ܘܐܗܠܟ ܒܗܘܢ ܘܐܗܘܐ ܐܠܗܗܘܢ ܘܗܢܘܢ ܢܗܘܘܢ ܠܝ ܥܡܐ

What agreement has a temple of God with idols? For you are a temple of the living God. Even as God said, “I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they will be my people.”

ܡܛܠ ܗܢܐ ܦܘܩܘ ܡܢ ܒܝܢܬܗܘܢ ܘܐܬܦܪܫܘ ܡܢܗܘܢ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܘܠܛܡܐܐ ܠܐ ܬܬܩܪܒܘܢ ܘܐܢܐ ܐܩܒܠܟܘܢ
'qblkwn w'n' ththqrbwn l' wlTm'' mry' 'mr mnhwn w'thprshw bynthhwn mn pwqw hn' mTl
Therefore “‘Come out from among them, and be separate,’ says the Lord. ‘Touch no unclean thing. I will receive you.

ܘܐܗܘܐ ܠܟܘܢ ܠܐܒܐ ܘܐܢܬܘܢ ܬܗܘܘܢ ܠܝ ܠܒܢܝܐ ܘܠܒܢܬܐ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܕܟܠ ܐܚܝܕ
'khyd dkl mry' 'mr wlbnth' lbny' ly thhwwn w'nthwn l'b' lkwn w'hw'
I will be to you a Father. You will be to me sons and daughters,’ says the Lord Almighty.”
